Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Santech Enterprises Private Limited, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
• To initiate a return, please email us at info@santechkart.in with your order number and reason for the return.
• Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted after 30 days from the delivery date.

Refunds (If Applicable)

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 4–5 business days and credited to your original payment method.
• Refunds are typically initiated within 2–3 days of approval.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:

• Please check your bank account or payment method.
• Contact your credit card company (refunds may take a few days to reflect).
• Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

If you have completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please email us at info@santechkart.in for assistance.

Sale Items

• Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
• Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items.
• To request an exchange, please email us at info@santechkart.in with your order details and a photo of the defective or damaged item.

Order Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them by emailing info@santechkart.in with your order number.
• A 5% handling fee or ₹50 (whichever is higher) will be deducted from your refund.
• If the product has already been shipped, applicable shipping charges will also be deducted.

Important:

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been packed or dispatched from our warehouse.
